Processing Times
All orders are processed within [3-7 business days]. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship to the U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping (domestic), please contact us at gabby@bigsisstudios.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us ASAP at gabby@bigsisstudios.com — we can only change it before the item ships.
